Development Manager
Up to £35,000 per annum + essential car user allowance for an excellent candidate
If you are an experienced development professional with a track record of successfully managing diverse development projects then we would like to hear from you. We are developing a sizeable programme of affordable, market rented and low cost home ownership accommodation across large and small sites and are developing a future programme of strategic land. We are looking for someone with a sound knowledge of the development process. From appraisals through to handovers and site purchase through to final account it is all there, but the key driver is effective project management.
Reporting directly to the Head of Development, the post carries the specific responsibility for the project management of a range of developments. Working alongside the Regeneration team you will be part of an organization that is making a real difference to the quality of life in Maidstone and adjoining areas.

Support Coordinator - Teenage Parents
Salary up to £17,370 (with the opportunity to increase through Performance Related Pay) plus Essential User Car Allowance
We are looking to cover a full time position (Maternity Leave) in our Teenage Parents Support Team
Our Support Co-ordinators deliver housing related support to people who have complex or multiple needs.
Based at Whatman House you will be part of a team committed to excellent customer care and maintaining high standards of service delivery via the Supporting people programme and through the Quality Assessment Framework and service reviews. Your work will take you into the community to support our customers in their own homes, undertaking needs and risk assessments and completing individual Support Plans and will include encouraging customer participation.
You should be adaptable, self-motivated and a great team player with plenty of initiative and good communication skills. Access to a vehicle is essential and an Enhanced Criminal Record Bureau check will be carried out.

Completing the Application Form

Section 7, The Supporting Statement is your opportunity to tell us why you are suitable for the job. You should tell us how you meet each of the criteria in the person specification by giving details of all your relevant experience, (paid or unpaid) knowledge, skills and abilities. If you have been out of work for a long time, or have never been in work, you may have acquired relevant skills and experience from being involved in community or voluntary work, through school or college activities, or by running your home.
We are interested only in what you did and achieved personally, not the work and achievement of the group or organisation in which you worked.

References
Referees must be able to provide information about your suitability for the post. One referee must be your current or most recent employer. If you have been self-employed or employed by an organisation which has ceased trading, you should give the name, business address and business telephone number of an official (such as an accountant or bank manager) who can vouch for the period when you were self-employed and the information you have provided.

Decisions on Shortlisting

Documentary Evidence
If you are appointed, you will need to produce evidence such as your birth certificate or passport to confirm your identity

Medical Clearance
If offered a post with the Trust we will ask you to complete a health declaration form which is returned to the Trust’s Occupational Health Advisor. You may then be asked to attend a medical examination.
CRB checks
