We are proud to be a Charter Mark organisation

Maidstone Housing Trust has been awarded Charter Mark, a national standard for excellence in customer service.

The Trust’s Chief Executive Peter Stringer said “This demonstrates that we put our customers first and we are willing to go the extra mile. I’m pleased that our high standards of customer involvement and service have been recognised. The views and experience of our customers is important to us, we are keen to learn from them and continuously improve.”

Charter Mark is the government's national standard for customer service excellence, to be awarded the prestigious mark organisations must provide evidence of setting standards, engaging customers, accessibility and choice, development and improvement, effective use of resources and improving opportunities in the community.
