Action on anti-social behaviour

The Trust and Kent Police working together led to an early morning wake-up for some tenants. The raids were the result of information sharing between the organisations. In total the Police raided five Trust properties; some properties had equipment for growing cannabis plants.

We were particularly disappointed that this activity was taking place in one of our new Park Wood homes, where we are investing heavily to improve the community.

We take all forms of anti-social behaviour and illegal activity very seriously and will take action of the strongest kind against any tenant found to be breaking their tenancy agreement. This includes court action which could lead to you losing your home.

We recently obtained an injunction against a tenant following threatening behaviour towards a member of staff. The tenant is not allowed to cause alarm or behave in a threatening or violent manner towards any officer of the Trust or one of our contractors, or enter the Trust’s Offices.
