Maidstone Housing Trust checks Tenant Satisfaction with survey
Social housing landlord Maidstone Housing Trust is asking 50% of its tenants how satisfied they are with their homes and the services they receive from the Trust.
Tenant's views are important to the Trust to help shape and improve future services.
Survey questionnaires will go out to a random sample of tenants next week and they are encouraged to take part by completing the survey and returning it by freepost. Tenants taking part will have the chance to win several High Street Voucher prizes worth up to £100.
The survey is confidential and the results will not identify individual tenants. The results will be used to improve existing housing services and consider new services to meet tenant's expectations and satisfaction.
