Promises Progress Report to Tenants
On 26th April Chris Blundell, the Trust's Director of Regeneration and Asset Management, will be meeting with the Tenants Consultative Forum (TCF) to provide an update on progress against the promises the Trust made in taking over the housing stock. The meeting will cover key promises on asset management and regeneration, and also progress in improving housing management and maintenance services promised at the time of the transfer.
TCF members will be able to question Chris on any progress and programme issues. We are keen to hear feedback, including where things can be improved, and what else we should be addressing to improve the quality of life on estates. In particular Chris will be inviting tenants associations to meet him on their estates and to "go walkabout" over the next couple of months to discuss improvements which could be made and plan the future environmental improvements programme.
Tenants are encouraged to contact their local TCF representative and to get involved. This is a great opportunity to influence future investments in your homes and local communities.
