Leaseholder Forum
The Housing Trust, in recognition that Leaseholders are important customers of our Housing Service, is pleased to announce the formation of a Leaseholder Forum which works in conjunction with the Maidstone Residents Group (MRG).
MRG has been in existence for a number of years. Members of the MRG work closely with the Housing Trust to review, develop and improve services.
The Leaseholder Forum works in a very similar context to MRG, but recognises and focuses specifically on services provided by the Trust to Leaseholders.
The Leaseholder Forum aims to meet at least every other month to work with Officers to review and make suggestions for improvements. The views of leaseholders on the future of the forum are currently being taken and a meeting date will be set after this review period.
