Leaseholder Forum
The Housing Trust, in recognition that Leaseholders are important customers of our Housing Service, is pleased to announce the formation of a Leaseholder Forum which works in conjunction with the Customer Sounding Board (CSB).
Members of the CSB work closely with the Housing Trust to review, develop and improve services.
The Leaseholder Forum works in a very similar context to CSB, but recognises and focuses specifically on services provided by the Trust to Leaseholders.
The Leaseholder Forum aims to meet regularly to work with Officers to review and make suggestions for improvements. The views of leaseholders on the future of the forum are currently being taken and a meeting date will be set after this review period.
