Your view on our services matters to us. We have a number of ways you can give us feedback on how we are doing, and help us shape our services.
Tenants' & Residents' Groups
If you are interested in setting up a Tenants' & Residents' Group in your area, or would like to find out more about becoming a Tenants Representative, contact the Community Development Team who will be able to offer help and support.
Being a tenants representative can be very rewarding and have a positive impact in your area. The Trust are very keen on encouraging more customers to become involved in this way. If you would like to find out more, contact a member of the Community Development Team.
Surveys
From time to time the Trust compiles surveys to obtain the opinions of our customers and these are an excellent way for you to participate in genuine future decisions. We have a Customer TalkBack
panel set up for this purpose and again the Community Development Team will be happy to discuss this.
