Request a Repair


You can report repairs in the following ways

Paying for repairs:

If your home needs a repair because of damage caused by you or someone visiting your home, we will ask you to pay for that repair cost. We will decide when you report the repair if it is something you need to pay for, and you will be expected to pay before the repair is carried out. This is a new approach to ensure that we get the money in advance of repairs.

Previously we sent a bill after the work was completed but customers did not keep to their promise of paying us for work. Charging people who damage their home means we can spend money on maintaining and improving homes, which we believe is a better use of our funds.
