Overview

We are working through a programme of kitchen and bathroom replacements, to comply with the government’s directives on “Decent Homes” standards.

We are replacing kitchens that are more than 20 years old, and bathrooms that are more than 30 years old.

We are now in the last year of the programme, having replaced over 3,000 kitchens, and over 2,000 bathrooms.

We currently have two Contractors working on our behalf, and the work is divided geographically.
