• Chief Executive

  Peter Stringer BSc (Hons) MA FCIH

  Peter is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing, has a BSc degree in Town Planning and a post graduate Master's Degree in Management. He has over 25 years' experience in social housing and was a former board member of Sanctuary and South London Family Housing Association. Peter was appointed in June 2003 having led the establishment and organisation of Maidstone Housing Trust and its Shadow Board.

• Director of Finance

  Michael Robinson FCA

  Michael is a chartered accountant. He was with Ernst & Young in London before joining BET plc, a £2billion public company, where he rose to become Group Tax Manager and then Director of Financial Control. As a consultant, he became involved in the housing sector in 1995, was Finance Director of Anchor Trust for four years and was involved in a stock transfer project at Chelmer Housing Partnership before joining Maidstone Housing Trust in April 2003, initially as interim Director of Finance.

• Director of Corporate Services

  Debra Walker MCIPD

  Debra is an HR professional with extensive experience in the private sector. Having spent some time with West Kent Housing, she joined the Trust to head up our Corporate Services function which consists of IT, HR, Company Secretarial & Performance Management, Facilities and PR & Communication. Her key responsibilities lie with the drive of cultural change and organisational development.

• Director of Asset Management and Regeneration

  Chris Blundell MA MBA MSc FRICS FCIH

  Chris has responsibility for our major planned investment and regeneration programmes, delivering on the significant promises made to tenants at the time of Transfer. Chris is an experienced regeneration professional with nearly 30 years experience in housing, including three previous Director level positions and six years as an academic in Hong Kong. Chris joined the Trust in December 2003 from Amicus Group where he was Group Director of Development and Regeneration. Chris is a Board member of a major supported housing provider in London.
