Performance Matters

Below you will find information on the performance of Maidstone Housing Trust. We use Key Performance Indicators set by the Housing Corporation and ourselves to monitor our service. We monitor performance in a number of different service areas and report regularly to our Board of Directors.

You can also read our most recent Housing Corporation Assessment here, the full report of the Audit Commission Housing Inspection into our services, and the summary results of our 2006 Status Survey, which gives customer satisfaction levels with our service. (These are PDF files and will open in a new window).

The impact of the sensitive decanting process of tenants for our Sheltered Housing regeneration schemes is affecting the void turnaround time and subsequent rent loss. We are working hard to improve this.
